Emiti\u00f3 el Asunto AB-, 27 I&amp;N Dic. 316 (AG 2018) (\u201cAB-I\u201d), Asunto AB-, 28 I&amp;N Dic. 199 (AG 2021) (\u201cAB-II\u201d), y Asunto de LEA-, 27 I&amp;N Dic. 581 (AG 2019) (\u201cLEA-II\u201d) quedar\u00e1n <strong>vacantes en su totalidad<\/strong> y ya no se seguir\u00e1n al decidir sobre pendientes y futuras casos. El fiscal general Merrick Garland encontr\u00f3 que estos fallos legales amenazaban con crear confusi\u00f3n entre los tribunales y desalentar la adjudicaci\u00f3n caso por caso.<\/p>\n<p>Esta es una gran noticia para las v\u00edctimas de violencia de pandillas o violencia dom\u00e9stica porque las v\u00edctimas ahora pueden solicitar asilo con mejores probabilidades.
